How to get to the Hotel am Kamin

Travelling by car

Navigation address: 87600 Kaufbeuren, Füssener Str. 62

You can reach our hotel “Am Kamin” via the following routes:

Coming from the A7 motorway (Würzburg–Ulm–Kempten), take the B12 exit towards Kaufbeuren–Marktoberdorf at Kempten; On the B12, take the Kaufbeuren-Süd exit; here, head towards Kaufbeuren onto the B16. At the entrance to Kaufbeuren (500m after the town sign), our hotel is on the left-hand side, directly on the main road.

Coming from the A96 motorway from Munich towards Lindau, take the B12 exit towards Jengen/Kaufbeuren/Kempten; on the B12, take the Kaufbeuren exit; from here, head towards Kaufbeuren town centre. Once in Kaufbeuren, continue towards Füssen/Marktoberdorf until you reach the outskirts of Kaufbeuren. Our hotel is located on the right-hand side, directly on the main road.

Distances: Munich approx. 90 km, Augsburg approx. 70 km, Füssen approx. 40 km.

Travelling by train

During the day, the German Railways runs every 60 to 90 minutes from the north via Munich or Augsburg, or from the south via Switzerland/Lindau to the Allgäu region. Get off at the ‘Kaufbeuren’ station and take a taxi to the Hotel Am Kamin, which is 1.5 km away (cost less than €10.00!).
